We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age stated in each listing (typically 24-25 years old minimum). When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund until 7 days before check in, less than 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance.
We love children but unfortunately our properties are not suitable for children under the age of 18. We are happy to help you find properties nearby that are a better fit for those traveling with younger children and teens! Just reach out and we will do our best to help find the right fit for your family. We cater towards couples and or adults that appreciate a quiet, modern, relaxing space!
While we encourage all guests to have a wonderful time and enjoy their stay with us, we do not allow any events or parties that exceed the occupancy limits set forth in each listing.
In addition to designer towels and linens our condos also come with little extras to make your stay more enjoyable (luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash), starter kits of coffee, creamer, toilet paper, and paper towels.
