Elevate Property Management Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Elevate Property Management. By booking a stay at any of our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they govern your use of our services and properties.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once the full payment is received. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
  • Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover any damages or additional charges incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property post-checkout.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: Guests can check in from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-out: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

4. Property Use and Conduct

  • Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each property is specified in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
  • Noise: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Pets: Pets are only allowed in designated properties and must be approved in advance. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Smoking: All properties are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Maintenance and Damages

  • Maintenance Issues: Please report any maintenance issues or damages immediately. We will address them as soon as possible to ensure your comfort.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the guest if the deposit is insufficient.

6. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Elevate Property Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
  • Accidents and Injuries: Guests must take care to ensure their own safety and the safety of their party. Elevate Property Management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.

7. Amenities and Services

  • Included Amenities: Our properties include quality linens, towels, fully equipped kitchens, BBQs, beach towels, and access to pools and other facilities as specified in the property description.
  • Additional Services: Additional services such as housekeeping, airport transfers, and local experiences can be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges.

8. Compliance with Laws

Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. Any illegal activities will result in immediate eviction without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

9. Termination

Elevate Property Management reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and additional charges may apply.

10. Modifications

Elevate Property Management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
