I 100% assure you that you will never ever regret choosing Cinda’s vacation rental at the Orchid. We will definitely be back again! Cinda was an amazing host. I could feel in every interaction that she puts all her heart into making our experience in Puerto Vallarta be a memorable one.

It became an incredible one week because of all her suggestions and attentions to details. We were so touched by her passion!

Summary: Great location & great experience in the unit & great services at the condo. The place met all of our complicated needs!! We came here to celebrate 1) our special anniversary (needed exceptional experience in the unit), but 2) I had to work full day (needed great wifi and a great view that would make me feel relaxed), while 3) my husband was able to take a week off from work to completely enjoy vacation (wanted to swim and eat good food every day).

The place met all our needs 200%!!

Experience/Service: Just waking up to the sound of the waves was so exceptional. I enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning, looking out to the gorgeous ocean view, occasionally finding whales saying hello to us. Just watching the view makes you feel like you are in a deep meditation…. During the day, my husband went swimming at the amazing beaches around the condo or at the roof top pool, while I worked furiously (wifi was AMAZING!!). What was so helpful was the roof top restaurant because I could order room service in between meetings. You can pay everything at the time of check out with your credit card, so very convenient! We also love cooking, so we cooked lunch twice with the fully equipped kitchenware! Great kitchen.

Location: Zona Romantica / Centro was so easy to access since uber is everywhere. We went out every night to enjoy different types of food. Easy to walk to many beaches + Try taking uber to visit another beach called Playa Palmares, which is only 8 min away! I took PTO on Friday and we spent 6 hours at this beach that has a cute bar & restaurant. You can ask the restaurant to call taxi on the way back!

If you need Covid Testing to go back home: Hans, the amazing concierge, helped us to get the test at our unit, making everything so much easier. You will meet Hans at the time of check-in, so you can ask for it and then you are all set!

Tips for departure: Finding uber or taxi to the airport on Saturday could be very difficult. We tried uber for 20min but all the drivers declined our request, so we changed to taxi, and still took us 30min to find one. So make sure you ask for taxi well in advance at the front desk at ground floor! They are amazing!

You get Ocean and Mountain View’s. The Orchid unit was well stocked that covered all our needs inside as well as outside for beach/pool time.

Cinda is a fantastic host, she’s considerate, has wonderful communication and is thorough with how shes added special touches to the unit to make you feel so welcomed and relaxed.

Cinda and her concierge team went above and beyond, even had a little welcome surprise waiting for me since the trip was to celebrate my 40th.

I am extremely happy I chose Cinda’s place to enjoy for the week. It was hard to leave, yet I know where I’ll be staying again when I return to PV. Gracias ☺️

Cinda is the most gracious host and she and the concierge made us feel like family. Throughout our stay, they were always easy to contact and were extremely helpful.

The Orchid property is breathtaking and the staff was very accommodating. 3C is spacious and inviting, with jaw dropping views every second of the day. You really do get spoiled with an amazing sunset every evening.

The rooftop views? Forget about it! 360 degree views up and down the coast and a great view of Los Arcos to the south and all of the PV coast to the north. Plus maybe some whales if you’re lucky. At night it’s even more spectacular.

Just steps to the beach which is quiet and secluded. We could have spent a whole day there relaxing.

Can’t wait to come back again.

The sounds of the waves put us in an immediate trance of relaxation; exactly what is needed to unwind from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

My family and I were incredibly impressed with the Orchid property, including the modern style, high quality amenities, cleanliness, and especially the magnificent view. We appreciated the open communication with the owner, property management company, and staff, who ensured our superb stay.

The service, care, and treatment, as a guest was unique; beyond what we could have imagined. Definitely not the type of treatment you receive at a all-inclusive resort.

The property was conveniently located. We were just steps from the beach, and we were able to walk into town, or take a taxi from the property, depending on the adventure of the day. We look forward to our prompt return to Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas.
